Wellness Tips 

Water

  • Drink clean purified water. Dr. Hayashi who made water ionizing machines popular in the 80's continued his research and determined Hydrogen is the most important factor for health-enhancing water. The hydrogen stick is very economical and easy to use.
  • To keep your body hydrated, drink 1/2 your weight in ounces of water. Example if your weight is 150 pounds, drink 75 ounces of water throughout the day.

pH Balance

  • An over acidic diet causes disease in the body.  
  • Eat more alkaline foods, such as greens.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Limit the consumption of meat.
  • Avoid processed foods.

Food Combining

  • Eat proteins with vegetables.
  • Eat starches with vegetables.
  • Eat fruit separate from other foods.
  • Melons should be eaten separate from other fruits.
  • Allow 1/2 hour to digest fruit before eating other foods.
  • Also it is important to wait 1 1/2 hours after a meal to eat fruit.
  • Drink liquids separate from food.
